Synopsis
Based on Premchand's satire on the nefarious British policy of "Divide & Rule, religion is the tool", In this dramatized version Safdar Hashmi and Habib Tanvir focus on the relevance of Premchand’s Satyagrah to the present Indian milieu. Moteram is a musical where a young choir and artistes weave together a dramatic farce on today’s political scene.
